Hi, I’m Aaron! The CEO & Founder of Available Land Group, LLC.

In another chapter of my life I was a successful project manager, working on complex and high-profile projects for prominent, innovative employers. The work was fast-paced and stimulating, yet I lacked passion for it. At the stroke of five, I eagerly left it all behind, ready to unwind and set my mind free until the next workday began.

You know the saying, “do what you’re passionate about and the work will be easy.” For years, my unrealized passion has been land and people. There’s nothing that motivates me more than helping individuals discover and utilize land effectively—it’s an integral part of the American dream. I can spend hours poring over maps, discussing strategies for land use, restoration, development, and more. However, I struggled to translate this passion into a career that could support my growing family.

Everything changed when my brother introduced me to some of his investor friends. They became my mentors and connected me with some of the most knowledgeable and skilled land investors in the industry. With their guidance and encouragement, I decided to pivot into the field of land investment. My vision is for Available Land Group to prioritize relationships, community impact, and environmental stewardship above all else. I aim to bring a fresh perspective to the industry, focusing on creating sustainable value and fostering meaningful connections with every project we undertake.
